5S implementation meeting

From offices, warehouses to construction sites, or industrial or agricultural buildings. Where there is activity, it needs to be sorted, classified, cleaned. Without 5S activities, management and improvement can not be discussed. 5S prevents degradation of the workshop, creating ventilation for the workplace, taking time to find materials and records as well as avoid confusion. Workers feel comfortable, work high productivity and avoid mistakes. The production equipment operates in the environment in accordance with safety standards.

5 S is the first 5 letters of the words:
- Seiri - Sorting out: Refresh the unnecessary at work and remove them.
- Seiton (Storage): Arrange everything neatly and in its place for convenient use.
- Seiso - Shining the workplace: Cleaning, cleaning, cleaning things that are dirty at work.
- Seiletsu - Setting standards: Set the standards for the 3S and continue to do so. - Shitsuke - Sticking to the rule: Create a habit of self-discipline, maintain and adhere to the rules. Tighten the rules at work so that everything is ready for production.
