1. Goods shall be redeemed in the following cases:
- Return the goods immediately after receiving goods if the goods provided by the company does not conform to the type of goods, the quality of goods is not described with orders of customers.
- If customers find out the quality.
- Goods damaged due to transportation to the place of delivery.
- Goods are not assigned the right model, quality type that customers have placed.

2, Condition for return of goods:

- Goods not yet used, full stamps, packaging
- Within the warranty period

3, Method of purchase: Contact directly to the company for guidance

4, Goods shall not be redeemed in the following cases:
- Used goods, no original stamps
- You want to change the type, design without advance notice.
- You operate improperly, causing damage to the product
- You do not comply with the requirements for warranty
- You affect the external conditions such as packaging tearing, peeling, broken, ...
